Jeff is a registered professional engineer in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, with over 20 years of experience in bridge, highway and transit facility design. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Maryland. Mr. Han has been with HDR|Daniel Frankfurt since 1992 and as Senior Vice President, he directs a staff of over 30 structural engineers developing designs for projects ranging in construction value of up to $150 million. He has recently been in charge of such high profile and complex projects as the replacement of the BQE Connector Ramp Viaduct to the Williamsburg Bridge, the first pre-cast, post-tensioned segmental concrete box structure for the NYSDOT and the reconstruction of the FDR Drive from East 53rd Street to East 63rd Street including the installation in the East River of a one-of-a-kind outboard detour viaduct and fendering system. Currently he is the Project Director for the construction of the East 153rd Street Bridge, NYC's first vehicular cable stayed bridge, and the construction of the 96th Street Station for NYCT.
