Pasquale Tulino, PE
Pasquale is a registered engineer in the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, with over 28 years of experience in design and construction. He holds a Bachelor degree from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Pasquale has been with HDR|Daniel Frankfurt since 1983 and as Senior Vice President, his role involves managing the Civil Engineering and Construction Management Departments and the responsibility of executing Major projects. He has been in charge of the following NYC Art Commission Design Excellence Awards award-wining projects: 32nd Street Step Street, West 8th Street Station (also a recipient of NY Construction News Award of Merit in Renovation). He has also been in charge of the following ACEC Honors Award winners: the Construction of the New Swindler Cove Park, the Stuyvesant Cove Park (also a recipient of the Waterfront Center Excellence on the Waterfront Award as well as the NYS General Waterfront Rediscovery Award), and East 53rd Street/Lexington Avenue Station.
